Most of the fitness industry still sells the same thing: chase the scales, live under fluorescent lights, repeat. Our coaching is the opposite. We see the gym as an enabler, not the main event. Strength work is there to support your life, so you move better, feel stronger and show up with more confidence in everything you do.

As an online endurance coach offering bespoke personal training, we build your plan around the outdoors and the things you actually enjoy. We weave in running, walking and other activities you love, then support them with smart, efficient strength training. You get clear structure, real progress and a programme that fits your life, not the other way round.

The focus is on what your body can do, not just how it looks: running further, riding stronger, hiking longer, keeping up with family and feeling genuinely capable. When training is enjoyable, purposeful and consistent, body transformation stops being the goal and becomes the side-effect. You lift weights to live better, not to live in the gym.

Experience the freedom of online personal training, where structured, personalised programmes and ongoing support come to you without the need for gym visits. After a thorough initial consultation, I create a tailored training plan delivered through an app or shared log. This approach ensures you stay motivated and focused on achieving your fitness goals, no matter where you are.

Absolutely! For the majority of individuals with access to basic equipment, online PT can be even more effective. You receive a customised plan, accountability, and constructive feedback, all while enjoying the flexibility to train when and where it suits you best. While in-person coaching offers immediate guidance, online coaching excels in providing structure, consistency, and long-term results.

Your equipment needs will be tailored to your specific goals. Most programmes can accommodate a well-equipped gym or even a small home setup with essentials like dumbbells, bands, and a bench. During our consultation, we’ll assess your available equipment and adjust your plan accordingly, making it easier for you to maintain consistency.

Every programme is meticulously crafted based on your personal goals, training history, lifestyle, and any existing injuries or limitations. I avoid generic templates, ensuring that your plan is uniquely designed for you. Regular updates based on your feedback and progress keep your training relevant and effective throughout your journey.

Communication frequency depends on the package you select, but typically, you’ll have a weekly check-in (message or call) along with ongoing support via messaging during agreed hours. You can also submit videos for technique feedback, allowing me to refine your plan based on your responses. This regular contact is invaluable for keeping you motivated and on track.

We don’t do quick fixes but many clients begin to notice improvements in just a few weeks. This includes enhanced movement, increased confidence, and better energy levels. More significant changes in strength or body composition usually manifest over a couple of months. Together, we’ll set realistic goals and focus on sustainable, lasting progress rather than quick fixes.

Online PT is ideal for individuals who feel reasonably at ease in a gym or with basic exercises, seeking structure, accountability, and a clear roadmap. We need a willingness to train consistently and communicate openly about your progress is essential for success.

Your health is a priority. We’ll thoroughly discuss any injuries or medical concerns during our consultation. I can adapt your programme to work around any issues, focusing on building strength and resilience. In certain cases, I may recommend securing medical clearance before starting or including specific movements in your plan.

We focus on offering practical nutrition guidance tailored to your unique goals, whether they’re for performance, body composition, or general health. Although we don’t offer rigid meal plans our Premium package involves calorie or macronutrient targets, habit-based strategies, and constructive feedback on your current nutrition, allowing for a more flexible approach.

Together, we’ll design a training plan that fits your lifestyle. Most clients typically train 3-5 times a week for around 45–75 minutes per session. It’s important to set a realistic commitment that you can consistently maintain, so we’ll agree on what’s manageable for you.

A set training plan is a one-time, pre-written programme you follow independently. In contrast, online coaching is an ongoing partnership—your plan is uniquely crafted for you, updated regularly, and supported with consistent check-ins, feedback, and accountability. If you desire interaction and long-term progress, coaching is the ideal choice. If structure is all you need, a set plan may suffice.

Not at all! We are confident you’ll achieve your desired results and enjoy the process, which is why there are no long contracts or commitments necessary. While we encourage a mental commitment of at least a few months for meaningful change, you can stop or pause coaching anytime if it no longer aligns with your needs.
